As part of this evolution, you'll step into a hands‐on role owning community engagement, communications, and media activity across the organisation. With real variety and visibility, you'll have the chance to shape how we connect with our people and communities, while developing your career as the function continues to grow.

In this role, you will:

* Lead community engagement and client communications – plan and deliver initiatives, develop client‐facing content, and build strong relationships across communities and stakeholders
* Manage media and external communications – identify and pitch stories, respond to media enquiries, and support campaigns, monitoring and reporting
* Deliver internal communications that connect people to purpose – create leadership messaging, support organisational updates and change initiatives, and manage key channels

About you

You're an experienced and trusted communications professional who brings structure, initiative and sound judgement to your work. You're comfortable working autonomously, while keeping stakeholders informed and confident that communications are planned, prioritised and delivered effectively.

You will bring:

* Proven experience across community engagement, internal and external communications
* Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity
* Strong organisational and project management capability, managing multiple priorities with confidence
* Experience working with media, digital channels and social platforms
* The ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
* Alignment to a purpose‐driven organisation and client‐centred approach
