Assistant Financial Accountant
Based in our Parramatta office, the Assistant Financial Accountant will support the Corporate Finance team by ensuring revenue recognition compliance, managing accounts receivable functions, and contributing to month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Review deal documentation to ensure revenue compliance.
* Handle internal and external revenue-related queries.
* Support AR functions including cash allocation and refunds.
* Prepare accounting journals and monthly reconciliations.
* Monitor co‐agency fees processing and completeness of compliance documentation.
* Assist with finance projects and system/process improvements.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
* 2–3 years in a similar junior/assistant accounting role.
* Understanding of accounting and tax principles.
* Intermediate Excel skills and attention to detail.
* Solid communication and ability to manage deadlines.
