Job Description
Waiter (Supervisor) at Xanadu Wines Pty Ltd is looking for a full‐time Waiter (Supervisor) for the Restaurant in beautiful Margaret River. Salary – $72,000–$75,000 plus superannuation.
Responsibilities
* Shift Management: Running daily floor operations, setting up floor sections, assigning tasks to waitstaff, and managing staff breaks.
* Guest Relations: Greeting high‐profile guests, handling escalated customer complaints, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications / Experience
* At least two years of full time work as a Waiter (Supervisor) or a Certificate III in Hospitality.
