* The ideal candidate will be physically strong and able to complete manual handling tasks for a full shift.
* Experience working in a warehouse or factory environment is highly desirable.
* Reliability and a willingness to learn are essential skills for this role.
Nice to have:
* Overhead crane operation experience would be beneficial.
* Previous machine operating experience would be an advantage.
* Mechanical aptitude and steel industry experience would also be beneficial.
