What you'll be doing
Walking into your centre you'll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our beautiful nature escape. When the door opens, you'll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the community spirit. Some of your little ones will eagerly greet you! Some might be a bit shy to start, while you develop programs that meets the needs and reflects the interest of these special individuals. You'll promote 'School ReadY' to your team of educators, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
* Passionate about early years education within an Early Learning Centre environment
* Experience launching effective learning programs for 0 to 5 year olds
* Understanding of National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, NQF & EYLF
* Ability to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance and Working with Children check
