About the role
As a Community Occupational Therapist with Feros Care, you'll work one on one with older Australians in their homes, helping them stay independent, confident, and connected.
Based across the West Moreton region, this 12‐month fixed‐term role gives you the freedom to shape your week around what matters. Think slower mornings, meaningful client time, and autonomy to work in a rewarding way. We welcome new graduates, with senior OT support to grow skills and confidence.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver 1:1 evidence‐based in‐home Occupational Therapy services.
* Focus on Home Care Package and Short‐Term Restorative Care clients.
* Engage in mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.
* Facilitate client connections to appropriate service providers and supports.
* Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.
What You'll Bring
* Qualifications: AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist.
* Skills: Passion for working with older adults, excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Technology: Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
* Licence: Current unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel to Ipswich.
