Duties for the role will include :
Conduct in-depth nursing assessments to truly understand each individual's unique journey, laying the foundation for impactful and tailored nursing care plans.
Design and implement dynamic, person-centred nursing care plans, working hand-in-hand with individuals and a dedicated multidisciplinary team to foster meaningful recovery.
Provide expert nursing interventions, including skilled medication management and empowering psychoeducation, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.
Forge strong partnerships within our supportive team, ensuring seamless coordination of services and a holistic approach to mental health care delivery.
Contribute your nursing expertise to quality improvement initiatives, actively participating in creating a cutting-edge, evidence-based practice that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of our community.
About you :
Registration or eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, as per your level of experience.
For some positions, you must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
Demonstrated knowledge of and / or experience in nursing practices in a mental health setting.
The ability to work with empathy, display a courteous manner, and express a genuine willingness to help others.
The ability to work collaboratively and cohesively within a multidisciplinary team.
