Job Summary:
Maintains current product knowledge of Bakery items, providing prompt and courteous customer service. Weighs finished products and logs into records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Removes product from baking pans and garnishes baked goods according to item requirements
* Scales finished product and records on weight verification sheet
* Packages and wraps baked goods by hand or with wrapping machine and labels them
* Moves wrapped products onto tables and/or stocks them on pallets, maintaining pull dates
* Rotates and merchandises product throughout the day
* Follows Standard Sanitation Operation Procedure (SSOP) guidelines for cleaning and sanitation of equipment
* Assists with other Bakery duties and in other departments as required
Operating Equipment:
* Wrapping machine, scales, labeller, pan dollies, oven racks, commercial dishwasher, apricot glazer, bag sealer, product conveyor, product carts, pallet jack, pie press
