**Skills, Attributes and Experience**:
- Demonstrated experience in a procurement leadership role, ideally within a local government or government trading enterprise (GTE)
- Degree Qualified in Commerce, Business, Law or related industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement legislation, frameworks, and tendering processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
