About the Position
The Sales And Marketing Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in driving the sustained growth of RACC International. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that expand our client base across education and migration services, while strengthening brand presence in a highly competitive and regulated industry. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines strategic planning, team management, digital and traditional marketing, partnership development and performance analysis to ensure RACC remains the preferred choice for prospective clients in Australia and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets and KPIs
- Lead, mentor and supervise the sales and marketing team to maximise performance
- Coordinate multi-channel advertising, digital marketing and promotional campaigns (online and offline)
- Manage social media content, branding and public communications to enhance market presence
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and client demand to refine service offerings
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, employers and community organisations
- Organise and deliver marketing events, seminars, webinars and outreach activities
- Oversee enquiry management and consultation booking systems to optimise client experience and conversion
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance reviews and market insights for management
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities fully comply with MARA Code of Conduct, Department of Home Affairs guidelines and ethical advertising standards
Requirements
- Australian citizens and permanent residents are strongly encouraged to apply
- Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management (experience in education, migration or skilled services highly regarded)
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, EDM), social media strategy and analytics tools
- Strong leadership, team management and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using CRM systems and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to compliance and detail
