About the role
We are seeking a proactive and physically fit Logistics Assistant to join our team based in Myaree, Perth. This warehouse/lab-based role is critical to ensuring that laboratory operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be responsible for stock control, order preparation, vendor coordination, and supporting our logistics processes—all while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels and initiate stock replenishments
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries
Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
Assist with stock audits and contribute to process improvements
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and under time pressure
Positive communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move stock as required
Experience with WHSE protocols and inventory tracking systems
