* You'll be the go‐to support for a large, nationwide retail network where your help is genuinely felt day to day

What you'll be doing

* Providing L1/L2 IT support across stores and head office (remote and onsite where required)
* Managing user onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, access, and equipment setup
* Experience monitoring systems and responding to issues before they escalat
* Manage and prioritise incoming IT requests and queries
* Working across hardware, software, and network‐related tickets as they arise
* Supporting non-technical stakeholders with a service‐led approach

What we're looking for

* 2+ years experience in an L1/L2 service desk or similar IT support role
* Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory
* Confident communicator across all levels of the business
* Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions‐focused
* A "get it done" teamwork mindset
* Experience in fast‐paced, multi‐site environments

Nice to have

* Retail or distribution experience
* Exposure to VMware, Veeam, Azure or AWS
* PowerShell scripting skills or or curiosity to learn
