We are looking for a highly capable and commercially-minded Senior HR Advisor to join their expanding team in their modern West Perth head office.

About the Role As the Senior HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to corporate and operational leaders, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. This is a senior generalist position blending high-level HR advisory, strategic recruitment, and complex remuneration/award interpretation. You will be a key player in building the people capability that underpins the company's significant growth.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as a senior point of escalation for all complex HR matters, providing expert advice on ER/IR, policies, and legislative compliance.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment for senior, technical, and business-critical roles.
Providing authoritative interpretation of Modern Awards to guide decisions on classifications, rosters, penalty rates, and complex allowances.
Partnering with the leadership team to drive key people initiatives related to talent management, performance, and organisational development.
Leading remuneration benchmarking, supporting annual salary reviews, and ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
About You
A minimum of 4+ years' experience in a strategic HR Generalist or Senior Advisor role, ideally from within the Civil, Construction, or Mining industries.
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
Expert-level knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and Modern Awards, with proven confidence in complex award interpretation.
Demonstrated experience managing recruitment for senior or hard-to-fill roles.
Excellent influencing and communication skills, with a track record of successfully partnering with leadership.
