KEE Surfacing, our largest division, is known for its superior spray seal, profiling, and asphalt crews, and has built the reputation as the industry's best in WA. Due to continued success and rapid growth, our business has opportunities for reliable, experienced, and enthusiastic personnel to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities
* Operate spreader trucks to achieve specified spread rates and uniform aggregate coverage, working in sync with spraying operations.
* Assist with aggregate precoating processes, ensuring correct application rates and coating quality.
* Complete daily pre‐start inspections, trip sheets, timesheets, and fatigue management requirements.
* Safely operate heavy vehicles, trailers, and equipment in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
* Carry out basic maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and fault reporting.
* Support the crew with other site duties as required, including laboring, rolling support, brooming, and general site assistance.
Required Skills & Experience
* Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
* Experience in asphalt or spray seal (essential).
* Availability for ad hoc weekend work and work away.
* A strong team player with a proven positive attitude to work well with others.
* Excellent remuneration package (with penalties and allowances) & fortnightly pay.
