Job Description:
The Guest Experience Specialist - Overnight Shift plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's overnight services. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, handling general enquiries, and engaging with guests to create memorable experiences.
You will work closely with the front office team to support operational tasks, take guest reservations, and perform cash handling and credit card responsibilities. Your expertise on the hotel and surrounding area will help reinforce our commitment to wellness, both within our walls and beyond.
As a Guest Experience Specialist - Overnight Shift, you will have the opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences that enable future bookings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
* Relevant experience in a similar role
