About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated administration professional to provide day-to-day administrative and project support to our growing consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing executive support to directors
* Answering phones, greeting visitors, and coordinating meeting arrangements
* Preparing letters, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Supporting project teams with general administrative support
* Undertaking digital twin capture using drone and related technology (training provided)
* Assisting with client enquiries and maintaining professional relationships
* Coordinating supplies and maintaining a professional office environment
About You:
You are a proactive and organised professional with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technology.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of administration experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
* An interest in technology, with the willingness to be trained in drone operations and digital twin capture technology
* A professional, approachable manner and ability to work collaboratively within a team
