Key Responsibilities
* Food preparation and presentation
* Kitchen Staff Supervision ensuring expectations of service are consistently met
* Maximise profitable food revenue
* Catering for functions & events
* Ensuring menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
* Maintaining a clean, compliant and efficient kitchen
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a chef position is required.
