About the role
As a care and support professional, you'll provide essential services to clients living in our residential home. You will support their independence and enhance their quality of life through activities such as daily living assistance, providing care according to individualized plans, and supporting community-based recreational and social activities.
Required skills and qualifications
* Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or equivalent qualification is necessary
* Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc is expected
* Confidence to pass relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies is required
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it is preferred
