We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding team and make a real difference in the life of our NDIS, DVA and Support at Home clients. If you are a Support Worker/Personal Care Worker looking for a rewarding opportunity to support our clients to live independently at home, we encourage you to apply.
We are looking for staff who can fill shifts on a weekly roster at approximately 10-15 hours per week, with increased opportunities as the organisation grows. The roles are casual based in the Kingsley area and surrounding suburbs.
Your Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will provide crucial support to our clients, enabling independence and wellbeing in home and the community. Your responsibilities may include:
Support provision in alignment with clients' individual care plan
Providing effective personal care maintaining clients' dignity
Facilitating social and community access to enhance engagement and reduce isolation
Ensuring a safe and pleasant home environment for our clients including domestic assistance duties.

Who We Are Looking For:
Personal Care Workers with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent including personal care unit) or minimum 2 years of relevant experience in personal and community care
Candidates with HLTHPS006- Assist Clients with Medications unit of competency will be highly regarded
NDIS Worker Screening or Working with Children Check and Police Clearance, First Aid, CPR and Basic Life Support or willingness to obtain
A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A respectful and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards
Current driver's licence essential and reliable vehicle with insurance (mandatory).
