About the role As an ICT Business Analyst at PFEC Global, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization's operational and technological growth by analyzing business needs and implementing effective ICT solutions. The role involves working closely with management, migration agents, student counsellors, marketing staff, and external stakeholders to improve internal systems, streamline business processes, and enhance client service delivery. Key Responsibilities : Analyse existing business operations, workflows, and software systems used within the education and migration consultancy sector. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, client management processes, and reporting systems. Gather and document business and system requirements from internal departments including admissions, migration, compliance, and administration teams. Work closely with developers, IT support providers, and management to implement suitable ICT solutions. Assist in maintaining and improving CRM systems, student management systems, and internal databases. Prepare business reports, process documentation, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to support business growth and client satisfaction. Support the implementation of digital solutions to improve communication, document management, and service delivery. Conduct testing of new systems or software updates to ensure functionality and compliance with business requirements. Provide ongoing support and training to staff regarding newly implemented systems and procedures. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations. Collaborate with different departments to support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. Skills and Experience Requirements : A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Project Management or a related field. At least 1 year of full-time relevant experience an ICT Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role. Experience working with CRM systems, student management systems, or business process management tools will be highly regarded. Previous experience within the education, migration, consultancy, or service industry environment is preferred. Demonstrated experience in analyzing business processes and recommending system improvements. Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple departments and communicate technical information effectively. Knowledge of project coordination, system implementation, and testing processes is desirable. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
