We're looking for someone who loves connecting with people and getting things done! You'll be out in the field, working with customers to understand their needs and deliver the right parts solutions from our Hutcheon & Pearce range. No two days are the same—you'll build relationships, uncover opportunities, roll out promotions, prepare quotes, and keep details up to date in our CRM. You'll manage key accounts and drive growth through smart, targeted campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
* Promote and sell products and services to meet customer needs
* Actively visit existing and potential customers to promote, sell and maintain products and services
* Represent the company for the sale of parts and aftermarket services to customers within a defined AOR
* Monitor competitive activity and products
* Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
* Drive the promotion of specific product campaigns
What You'll Bring
* At least 1 year's experience in a similar sales-based role
* Honesty and integrity
* Current and valid driver's licence
* Proficiency with standard desktop applications (Microsoft Office and internet functions)
* Ability to analyse and interpret basic sales reports
* Strong attention to detail
* Teamwork ability
* Flexibility to work flexible hours
* Knowledge of agricultural, construction, or commercial turf machinery parts (Desirable)
* Forklift licence (Desirable)
