Job Description
This is a part-time position as the Head Coach of a gymnastics program. The ideal candidate will have advanced qualifications in Gymnastics for All (GFA) and Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG).
The role requires strong leadership, structured training, and efficient program management to maintain high standards and continue providing quality gymnastics programs.
The job entails balancing coaching, administration, and staff development to ensure structured program delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement gymnastics programs
* Lead a team of coaches and staff

* Maintain high-quality coaching and teaching practices
Requirements
Essential Requirements
* Advanced Gymnastics Australia Coach Accreditation
* Knowledge of gymnastic programs, particularly children's gymnastics
* Customer service mindset
* Strong sales acumen
* Fanatical parent/customer care mindset
* Passionate about children's development in gymnastics
* Current Gymnastics Australia technical membership
* Annually updates gymnastics accreditation in accordance with Gymnastics Australia technical membership requirements
* Current Working with Children Check
* National Police Check
* Current Senior First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
Desirable Qualifications
* Gymnastics Australia Presenter and assessor accreditation
* Gymnastics Australia accredited Supervisor
* Knowledge of and experience in developing staff/coaches
* Knowledge of gymnastics levels and WAG events
* Knowledge of child development
