Join our highly regarded Real Estate and Construction team based in Canberra. The successful candidate will be passionate about fostering a collaborative environment and thrive working in a fast‐paced, high‐performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Process new instructions and maintain direct contact with clients.
* Prepare contracts and accompanying letters and documentation.
* Complete online searches and manage paper and PEXA settlements.
* Handle financial and administrative tasks related to conveyancing matters.
* Manage end‐to‐end file management for high‐volume development projects and other conveyancing matters.
Qualifications
* At least one year of previous conveyancing paralegal experience is preferable, however not essential.
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints efficiently.
* The ability to build rapport with clients.
* Team player with a team‐first approach, comfortable working with team members at varying levels.
* Pro‐active focus on progressing matters to completion.
