About the Role
As a Loss Adjuster at DingGo, you'll play a key role in assessing and managing motor vehicle claims, ensuring fair and efficient resolutions.
You'll work closely with insurers, repairers, and clients to minimise costs, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional service.

About You
You're a problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You'll bring:

Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through end-to-end claims processes, including vehicle assessments, total losses, and third-party settlements
Estimate the cost of repairs
Liaise with insurers, assessors, and repairers to ensure timely claim resolution
Evaluate claims in line with company policies and regulatory standards
Analyse claims data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and workflow performance
Maintain strong client relationships with regular updates and issue resolution
Requirements
1+ years in insurance claims, loss adjusting, or a related field
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline
Certificate IV in General Insurance (highly regarded but not mandatory)
Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance for General & Personal Advice - RG 146 Compliant
Strong analytical & reporting skills – experience with data analysis and associated tools (e.g., MySQL, Excel, R etc)
