We are seeking a high‑energy, confident Manager, HR Business Partner who excels at building strong relationships, influencing leaders, and delivering both strategic and hands‑on people initiatives.
This role supports Supply Chain Management and Enabling Functions, partnering closely with Business Unit and Functional leaders to deliver HR initiatives that lift performance, build capability, and strengthen engagement and culture. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
What You’ll be Doing Strategic & Operational HR
Deliver HR strategies aligned to business goals
Support short and long‑term people initiatives
Contribute to organisational design and change activities
Use HR insights and data to guide decisions
Talent, Capability & Workforce Planning
Lead succession planning, talent reviews and capability development
Support workforce planning, job evaluation and benchmarking
Collaborate with leaders on capability roadmaps
Assist to drive recruitment planning strategies
Performance, Rewards & HR Cycles
Guide leaders through performance reviews and goal setting
Support annual salary and bonus review cyclesPrepare compensation modelling and salary proposals
Provide advice on performance improvement where needed
What You’ll Bring
HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
Experience across talent, performance, reward and organisational change
Ability to interpret and use HR data and metrics
Experience with SuccessFactors (advantage)
