Job Title: Casual Hospitality Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our team. As a Casual Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across all Council operated food and beverage venues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality hospitality service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the catering team with event planning and execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygienic standards in all areas of operation.
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions and exercise control over the point of sale system.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling.
