Pro AV Solutions Queensland is looking for a driven, organised, and proactive Business Support Officer to play a central role in powering our people, culture, and day-to-day operations.

The Role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll be at the centre of everything, supporting People & Culture, Events, Finance, Facilities, and Business Operations.
You'll:
* Elevate the employee experience – manage surveys, coordinate milestones, and drive recognition programs
* Support HR operations – recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HR systems, and policy support
* Bring events to life – from team functions to major company events and customer engagements
* Keep the office humming – facilities coordination and general business support
* Assist related finance functions – CEO's Investments businesses, invoice/payment processing and Xero reconciliations
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, ownership, and making things happen.
What You Bring
You're someone who:
* Is very competent with Computer based skills and operating a range of platforms from BambooHR, Fleetio, through to XERO.
* Are a quick learner and able to embrace systems and processes with ease
* Is highly organised, proactive, and with strong attention to details
* Communicates clearly and handles sensitive information with confidence
* Stays calm under pressure and manages competing priorities with ease
* Takes initiative and solves problems before they arise
You'll ideally have experience in HR support or a similar business support role.
