Catering for children, teenagers, adults and families, and with more than 1,100 staff and specialists including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, exercise physiologists, social workers, orthotists, developmental educators, assistive technology technicians, disability support workers and other professionals, and with offices throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia, Novita is never far away.
Leadership Opportunity
The rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to continue the work previously undertaken by the current incumbent who has served Novita with distinction for 10 years. The CEO is accountable for the leadership and management of material, human and financial resources of the whole business and is supported by a talented Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Board of Novita, the appointee carries responsibility for driving strategy, business growth and development, new product and service development and advocacy on behalf of its myriad range of clients, lobbying the Commonwealth Government to achieve optimal outcomes for the end-users of all of its services and products and ensuring the financial and social sustainability of the business, especially given its critical importance to its clients and their families.
The CEO is supported by a Chief Operating Officer and divisional Executives who form the ELT, and the culture of the organisation is highly collaborative, inclusive, respectful, results-focussed and dynamic.
Candidate Profile
