The Role
We are seeking an experienced Reception & Administration Clerk to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and computer skills, and be able to provide administrative support to our staff.
Main Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
* Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Conduct regular administrative functions
* Prepare correspondence and reports for managers
* Maintain accurate records and systems
* Complete financial and general administration duties
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
* Support health and safety administration
Requirements
* Experience in the retail industry, preferably in automotive or related fields
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Data entry skills and attention to detail
* Professional presentation skills
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly regarded
