Owning the capex cash flow budgeting and forecasting and related monthly reporting to business managers* Leases – maintain IFRS 16 lease register and process necessary journals. Create models for new leases for the business (Property, IT and motor vehicles) in accordance with IFRS 16 requirements* Motor Vehicle Fleet accounting – responsible for accurate accounting for motor vehicle fleet (owned and leased), including acquisitions, disposals and depreciation/amortisation.
