Protech are currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Administrator for an immediate start on a short-term contract supporting a road infrastructure project on the Gold Coast.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and support project teams during a critical delivery phase.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to road construction project teams
* Manage document control, including drawings, RFIs and project registers
* Raise and process purchase orders, invoices and delivery dockets
* Assist with tracking project costs and maintaining financial records
* Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, inductions and compliance
* Prepare daily reports, meeting minutes and project updates
* Support scheduling, site coordination and communication between stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records in line with project and client requirements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in a civil construction environment (roads highly regarded)
* Available for an immediate start
* Strong project administration and document control experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
