Key Responsibilities
* Support warehouse operations and customer service functions across parts administration.
* Assist with inventory support and order fulfilment activities.
* Ensure parts are processed accurately and efficiently.
* Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
* Experience within warehouse, parts, customer service or administration environments.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Sound computer skills across Microsoft Office and warehouse/internal systems.
* Strong communication skills with a collaborative team approach.
* Commitment to safety and delivering positive customer experiences.
* Experience with inventory, ordering, pick packing or parts operations highly regarded.
* Mechanical aptitude or exposure to heavy equipment industries advantageous.
