Responsibilities
So what will your day actually look like?
* You'll kick things off on the floor each morning.
* Run the toolbox meeting.
* Set the tone for the day.
* Keep production moving.
* Remove roadblocks before they become problems.
* Support your team and hold people accountable when they need it.
* Work closely with Operations to keep jobs on track.
* Make sure materials, people and priorities are aligned.

What do you need?
* Experience leading manufacturing, production, warehouse or operational teams.
* The ability to have difficult conversations when required.
* A genuine interest in developing people.
* Strong organisation skills.
* A calm head under pressure.
* A continuous improvement mindset.
You do need to be accountable, organised and coachable.
