Production Leadership Position
This leadership role oversees the production process across three teams, focusing on people leadership and strategic excellence.
* Coordinate weekly production standups with team leads.
* Hold regular mentorship sessions with team members and provide coaching guidance.
* Develop and manage the production calendar, resource allocation plans, and budget reviews in collaboration with team leads.
* Evaluate quality checks for shoots, edits, publishing, and events to ensure consistency and efficiency.
* Oversee event delivery at a program level and guide content production standards.
* Collaborate with product teams to align educational content with release schedules.
* Analyze project outcomes and track variances in budget performance.
The ideal candidate is an experienced production professional who can effectively manage busy creative projects while maintaining a calm and ordered approach. They must have expertise in both content and live events production, be comfortable working on-site in Hobart, and open to occasional interstate travel for collaboration opportunities.
