About the Role
As a Personal Carer you'll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Responsibilities
Spend your time on the road completing scheduled visits and interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
Provide in-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
Deliver care in accordance with each client's individualised Care Plan
Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities
Assist with transportation, shopping and appointments
Role Requirements
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification -
Essential
Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) -
Essential
Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work -
Essential
Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
