We are currently seeking a Mill Operator to join our team in Lara. Reporting to the Production Manager, the key focus of this role is to ensure the safe and compliant receival of raw materials and premixes, monitor and control production of the finished products and the feed is efficiently packed and labelled.

The Role
The Key Responsibilities For This Position Include
Inventory reconciliation and reportingStocktaking as required.Operating a raw material receival computerised production line.Ensure at all times that the plant and equipment meet specified standards is in safe working condition.All Raw Material testing requirements are completed as per Ridley receivals testing procedures.S4 allocation and premix addition are accurate and reconciled.Any other responsibilities and/or Authorities as specifically designated by Site Manager or Delegate.Identify and report non-conformances as per Ridley processUnloading transport vehicles including finished feed, raw materials, premix and additives as per Ridley receival standards.
You will have
Basic literacy and numeracy skillsUnderstanding of site HACCP PlanUnderstanding of site safety Policies and ProceduresSound knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.Sound computing skills.Current Forklift driver licence (desirable)Cert 4 competitive systems (desirable)
