Creative Childcare- Hamilton are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teachers or working towards to join there growing team of educators on a permanent basis or part-time basis. We are open to looking at flexible hours.
About You
- Have excellent knowledge of the EYLF & current regulation and legislation
- Have excellent knowledge of and the ability to successfully fulfill every element of the National Quality Standards
- A natural, warm and enthusiastic leader ready to motivate a team of educators
- Ability to design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
- Proven ability to build and nurture respectful and mutually-beneficial partnerships with parents and families and a genuine desire to maximise children’s love of learning
- Experienced in managing daily care routines, and associated administrative and compliance tasks
- Experienced in maintaining health and safety standards, and risk minimisation
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as an Early Childhood Teacher working in an Early Childhood setting or currently working towards
- Knowledge the early years learning framework (EYLF)
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA qualifications- would consider a working towards
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- CPR completed in the last 12 months
- Current Child Protection Training
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Energetic passionate and committed to work
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift times
