Georges River Council is seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in the planning, management and delivery of building assets. The successful candidate will be an experienced asset management expert with strong knowledge of risk allocation and WHS practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Develop forward works programs, financial control and budget preparation
* Maintain sound knowledge of PC applications software and Australian Standards
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Asset Management
* Current Class C Drivers Licence and Construction Induction (White Card)
* Demonstrated experience in asset management and managing consultants
* Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge and understanding of EEO policies and procedures
