Key Responsibilities
* Lead and review structural design across bridges, retaining walls, and complex transport infrastructure.
* Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering outcomes on time and within budget.
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring robust design, compliance, and client satisfaction.
* Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Contribute to business development and strategic planning, including input into team resourcing and performance objectives.
* Support professional development and retention of junior engineers through coaching and mentoring.
About You
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
* 10+ years’ experience in structural bridge design within the transport infrastructure sector (preferably NSW/Australia-based).
* Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large‑scale engineering projects >$1M.
* Experience across highways, rail, or metro projects within multi-disciplinary teams.
* High proficiency in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
* A strong technical writer capable of reviewing and producing high-quality reports with minimal revision.
* A strategic mindset with an interest in business planning and team growth.
* Willingness to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally).

ANZ Tax Lead
We’re seeking a commercially minded ANZ Tax Lead to drive regional tax governance, optimise outcomes, and partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation. Based in our Melbourne office, this is a high‑impact leadership role for a technically strong tax professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, multinational environment and can confidently navigate evolving global tax regulations.
Key Accountabilities
* Lead and manage complex corporate tax, VAT/GST and transfer pricing matters across the ANZ region.
* Drive implementation and ongoing compliance of Pillar Two regulations across ANZ.
* Oversee tax risk management, audits, governance and regulatory engagement.
* Partner with external advisors and auditors to ensure best‑practice compliance and reporting.
* Deliver effective tax planning initiatives and identify opportunities for sustainable ETR savings.
* Lead preparation of consolidated tax effect accounting, statutory tax reporting, and related disclosures.
* Provide strategic guidance on CFCs, tax consolidation, foreign tax offsets and other international tax matters.
* Influence key business decisions through commercially focused tax advice.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
* CA/CPA, gained in a corporate or international accounting firm, in a corporate tax specific function.
* Extensive experience across corporate tax within a multinational or large complex environment.
* Deep technical expertise in corporate tax; VAT/GST; transfer pricing; CFC regimes; tax consolidation; foreign tax offsets.
* Proven experience implementing Pillar Two regulations in ANZ.
* Strong track record managing tax audits and working with external auditors/advisors.
* Demonstrated ability to drive efficiencies and deliver measurable ETR improvements.
* Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
