The Helpdesk operates twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week therefore the successful applicant willrequire availabilityto workmorningshift(6am-2.30pm), afternoon shift (2.20pm–10:20pm) andnight shift (10.10pm–6.10am)as per the roster.The PositionProvide a professional, supportive and timely response to a high volume of internal calls, emails and direct requestsApply sound problem solving skills whilst adhering to established standards and proceduresEfficient and accurate real time data entryOperation and monitoring of Quality Facility Management and Building Maintenance systemsProfessional and timely communication with key stakeholders i.e. internal and external servicesEnsure excellent levels of customer services at all timesAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise, and complete within required time framesAdministrative dutiesThe PersonStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyClear and professional communication skillsIntermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite particularly Excel and WordExcellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy of real time dataExperience working in a fast paced, regulated environmentAbility to work as part of a team and also independentlyInterest in working in a healthcare facilityAbility to work across a 24/7 rotating rosterIn line with the required Legislation, acurrent criminal recordcheck and staff health clearance will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
