Peppers Silo Hotel is a $30 million redevelopment of the Kings Wharf grain silos in Launceston, Tasmania. The nine‐storey hotel has 108 rooms, including 52 in the barrels of the former silos, and overlooks the nearby tourist sites of Seaport, Royal Park, the Tamar River Basin and Cataract Gorge. On the ground floor you will find Silo Day Spa, and on level 1 Grain of the Silos provides dining experiences across the restaurant, café and Woody's Bar where local produce is central. Launceston is a gastronomic hub with wineries, distilleries, markets and art galleries to explore during your down time.
Purpose
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will warmly welcome guests and guide them through our culinary offerings, recommending dishes and beverages and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Skills And Experience
* Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector.
* Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills.
* Adaptable to diverse settings and flexible across various schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
* Valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific country/state/territory.
* Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
