Job Description
The role will involve working alongside the Branch Manager who oversees performance, profitability, cost control, sales development, operations, and personnel. As a Trainee Manager, you will be trained in all aspects of operating a busy removals branch.
This position is ideal for someone who has recently left full‑time education and is looking for a long‑term career, as well as for those already with removals or logistics experience who wish to accelerate their progress.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing branch operations.
- Support profitability, cost control, and sales development.
- Contribute to operational and personnel management.
- Plan and prioritise workload effectively.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- PC literacy.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and resourceful.
Training & Development
A comprehensive training package will be provided.
Employment is subject to satisfactory DBS clearance.
