Role Overview
As a Graduate Radiographer, you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high‐quality diagnostic imaging services while developing your clinical confidence and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform General Radiography examinations and develop competency in CT imaging
* Deliver exceptional patient‐centered care with professionalism, empathy and compassion
* Maintain high standards of image quality and radiation safety
* Interpret imaging requests and perform examinations in accordance with clinical protocols and legislation
* Collaborate closely with Radiologists, fellow clinicians and support staff
* Participate in ongoing education, training and quality improvement initiatives
* Develop your clinical decision‐making, communication and patient management skills

Location
Graduate opportunities are available in Clayfield / Windsor. You'll gain exposure by working across other clinics within the region.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Completion (or expected completion in 2026) of a Bachelor of Medical Imaging or equivalent qualification
* Current or eligibility for AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
* Current or eligibility for a Radiation Use License
* Full Australian working rights
* A genuine passion for patient care and healthcare excellence

Recruitment Process
Applications for the 2027 Graduate Radiographer Program will be accepted from 1 June 2026 until 30 June 2026. Following the application closing date, shortlisted candidates will be contacted throughout July 2026 to participate in interviews with local hiring leaders and modality representatives. Successful candidates will commence employment on 18 January 2027.
