Compensation & Hours
* $50.39 to $54.50 per hour (plus 17% superannuation)
* 32 hours / 4 day working week
Responsibilities
You will deliver a developmentally appropriate educational program tailored to the children in care. This role involves planning, preparing, and evaluating both indoor and outdoor learning environments in collaboration with fellow educators, taking into account the individual needs of each child and the group as a whole.
Qualifications
* A degree in Early Childhood Education with NESA accreditation at provisional or proficient level.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing high quality, inclusive educational programs for children aged birth to 6 years.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and liaison skills for working with parents and educators.
* A commitment to providing high quality service delivery with in-depth knowledge of Child Care Services Regulations and National Quality Standard.
