Radiation Therapist Leader
Senior radiation therapists are sought to deliver high-quality radiation therapy services in a Sunshine Coast location.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and support clinical teams.
* Contribute to operational management of planning and treatment.
* To mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
* Implement treatments as directed by Radiation Oncologists to meet patient needs.
* Maintain adherence to protocols and procedures for safe and efficient service delivery.
* Support the onboarding, education, and mentoring of new radiation therapists.

Requirements:
* Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
