Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our team on-site in Deception Bay, QLD. The Scheduling Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, interact with customers and team members, and ensure efficient workflow for projects. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, maintaining schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Communication abilities
* Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and adept Phone Etiquette
* Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks and organizational abilities
* Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and scheduling software is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
