About the Opportunity
We're seeking several Business Analysts to join our Transformation Office. Reporting to a Business Design Lead, these newly created roles will be critical in driving enterprise-wide change across people, process, technology and information, with a strong emphasis on People & Culture initiatives. You'll work on projects that improve HR systems, workforce planning, skills development, and organisational capability; helping ASC build the frameworks and processes needed to meet future demand.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business requirements and processes.
* Conduct current and future state assessments, gap analyses, and support business case development.
* Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into actionable outcomes.
* Provide change impact analysis and implementation support.
* Monitor and measure business outcomes and benefits.
* Support agile and waterfall delivery methods.
* Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
About you
* Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
* Proven experience in business analysis within complex environments.
* Skilled in process improvement, HR or workforce planning, and data analysis.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft and process management tools.
* Highly autonomous, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
* Agile certification and business analysis methodology certification (desirable).
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
