Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager
This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Head Office.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across risk management, assurance, health and safety systems, training and compliance.
Key responsibilities include leading the development and continuous improvement of risk management frameworks, building and embedding critical risk programs, and overseeing integrated management systems to ensure alignment, consistency and compliance across all HSS functions.
The role also involves establishing and managing training management systems, driving the implementation and optimisation of digital systems supporting risk, compliance and performance reporting, and partnering with business leaders to analyse trends and audit outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
