YourPorter is looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to join our growing QLD team in a part-time capacity (3–4 days per week or school-hours equivalent). Flexible arrangements available.

The Role

You'll work with real estate agencies across your region to present the YourPorter value proposition, build strong relationships, and convert new offices to use YourPorter as their preferred utilities partner. You'll drive pipeline growth while ensuring a smooth handover to our onboarding and account teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain relationships with principals, directors and PM/BDM teams.
* Identify, qualify and secure new partnership opportunities.
* Confidently present YourPorter's services and commercial benefits.
* Execute territory plans and outreach cadences aligned to weekly part-time hours.
* Maintain active follow-ups to ensure adoption, satisfaction and retention.
* Keep accurate records of leads, activities and outcomes in the CRM.

About You

* Experience in sales and/or real estate (BDM, PM, sales associate) is highly regarded.
* Natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
* Organised, self-motivated and outcomes focused.
* Comfortable presenting and negotiating with business owners/decision-makers.
* Tenacious "hunter" mindset, you enjoy winning new business.
* Able to work independently and manage a flexible, part-time schedule.
* Current driver's licence and ability to visit offices.

Time Commitment & KPI Snapshot (Part-Time)

* Hours: 22–30 hours per week (flexible).
* Focus: Weekly activity targets (meetings, demos, new office conversions) calibrated to part-time hours.
* Reporting: Simple weekly check-in on pipeline, activity, wins and learnings.
