This pivotal position supports the successful delivery of complex high-risk projects by providing technical expertise and leading a team of engineers. The role is focused on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in civil and infrastructure engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver projects of a complex nature.
Provide technical expertise to support the development of safe, considered, and innovative solutions.
Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Chartered member (CPEng) of Institution of Engineers Australia.
At least 15 years' experience in civil engineering, with a strong understanding of the industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and mentor staff.
